As a California licensed architect I have been successfully involved with many different types of projects. I can provide a full range of services to help you through the entire process from land acquisition to project completion. My philosophy on design starts with the clients program and thier needs and expectations for the design and budget. The building should also respond to the unique qualities the site has to offer. It is also important to consider the style of architecture inspired by the client. The style of architecture should draw upon elements and proportions historically proven for a given style. The style of architecture controls the pallet of materials that is chosen to construct the building. There is more to building than design consideration. The agency approval process is very involved and it can be very time consuming to the uninitiated. I have learned through experience that it is beneficial to fully understand the process and agency requirements prior to the design stage.
